This is our most popular flute! A mid range drone flute in Ab with a balanced, clear, and resonant sound. The tuning is a standard tuning or Native American Flute tuning, otherwise known as a 6-hole pentatonic minor. The body is made of a curly maple with accents purpleheart with a special design of turquoise inlay.
Alternating: This flute is alternating drone so it has an additional hole on the drone side that allows you to play the root note, the 5th and the octave.
Please note, It might take us a few weeks to make your flute. Wood is a natural material and each piece is unique. Your flute will be made out of the same wood but might have a different grain than the picture. All of our flutes use a water based finish in and out. The leather straps will be deer or elk depending on availability.
