Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with your flute, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for an equal or lesser value flute within 30 days of receiving your flute. Please note that we do NOT accept returns or exchanges of custom made flutes. If your return is eligible, we will process your refund within 1 week of receiving your flute. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange,

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving it.
  • The item must be returned in safe bubble-wrapped packaging.
  • The item must NOT be a custom made flute
  • The item must have all its original parts.

Damaged Items: 

Upon receiving your flute, make sure to inspect it closely. If there are any issues, please let us know at albatrozflutes@gmail.com within 15 days. Send photos of both the item(s) and packaging with a description of the issue. We will do our best to correct the issue as quickly as possible by repairing, replacing or exchanging your flute.
