Shipping & Processing Times:
Please note that it might take us a couple weeks to make your flute. Wood is a natural material and each piece is unique. Your flute will be made out of the same wood but might have a different grain than the picture.
Processing times can vary from 2 days to 2 weeks. Please add this time to your shipping times. We ship through USPS (1-3 day) for domestic and USPS Express for international. International shipping times are generally longer than domestic. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
For international orders, please note that you may be expected to pay import duties and taxes once your order reaches your country. We are not responsible for paying these fees. This is country dependent.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your flute, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for an equal or lesser value flute within 30 days of receiving your flute. Please note that we do NOT accept returns or exchanges of custom made flutes. If your return is eligible, we will process your refund within 1 week of receiving your flute. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange,

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving it.

The item must be returned in safe bubble-wrapped packaging.
- The item must NOT be a custom made flute
- The item must have all its original parts.
Damaged Items:
Upon receiving your flute, make sure to inspect it closely. If there are any issues, please let us know at albatrozflutes@gmail.com within 15 days. Send photos of both the item(s) and packaging with a description of the issue. We will do our best to correct the issue as quickly as possible by repairing, replacing or exchanging your flute.
